Sara Rauchwerger is the founder and Managing Director of BG Strategy, a global market entry services company specializing in helping clients enter global markets.  Sara brings over 20 years of Business Development and Business Strategy experience from both private enterprises and government contracts from various companies in the fields of Telecommunication, Aerospace, and Information Technology. Prior to the founding of BG Strategy in 2001, Sara was responsible for business capture strategies and worldwide expansion of business opportunities in companies such as Alcatel, Lockheed Martin and TRW.  Her international experience includes working in France, Sweden and with Chinese authorities and the Chinese private sector. Her hands-on experience as an entrepreneur managing a global company enables her to understand the dynamics of a business environment from a personal perspective.  Sara holds a Masters Degree in International Business from the Grenoble Graduate School of Business, France and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering from San Jose State University, California.

 

                                             

Karina Jensen, Global Minds Network

 

 

Karina Jensen is the founder and Principal of Global Minds Network, a consulting firm that offers global planning, communication, and education solutions to ensure global readiness for US hi-tech companies. Karina has successfully launched and managed global marketing, communication, and education programs for organizations such as Adobe, Macromedia, NEC, and Symantec. At Macromedia, she launched and managed the Macromedia University online training program dedicated to web skills for employees and customers worldwide. In prior roles at NEC and Symantec, she developed and managed international product launch, marketing, and sales programs across Europe, Asia-Pacific, and South America. Karina holds an MBA from the ENPC School of International Management in Paris, France, and a BA degree in Public Relations from San Jose State University. She speaks French, German, Swedish, and Norwegian. Karina specializes in the areas of global marketing, cross-cultural communication, and international business education.
